How to order
Placing an order with Teardrop Displays could not be simpler. All you need
to do is send us an email or call us, and we will make sure we deliver what
you need on schedule,keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
If you would like help and advice with your selection of the most suitable banner
or flag for your event.
We will deliver your banners or flags to you within 5 to 7 working days from
receipt of approved artwork.
Artwork
In order for us to achieve the best quality printing, we prefer to receive your
artwork in vector format. The most suitable files are those created in Illustrator,
EPS or CorelDraw.
Please ensure that text has been converted to outlines, paths or curves prior
to being sent to us. Large format digital printing requires photographic images
to be of the highest quality, a minimum resolution of 72dpi at actual print size.
If you need help or advice with your artwork, (perhaps the above is double Dutch
to you?) please give us a call, we can help!
As soon as we have received your artwork and your design instructions we
will provide you with a free of charge visual. If you require our design team
to recreate your logo, this is also possible, but we will have to make a small
charge for this service.
Delivery
Once produced, we will deliver your order to you using Express, like DHL, TNT,
or Fedex. We often use a standard 2 to 4 working days service. Express deliveries
are available if you need your banners urgently.
